I didn't mention this in my last letter which dissected the federal codes you quoted, but for your additional reassurance, ALL of the court cases I mention in the letter are federal cases except for California Packing Corp. v. Kandarian, which was a decision of the California courts, and as such they most exceedingly apply to federal statutory law.
