Hello! This is now my homepage. I have taken down nearly all information about my common-law name and gender change dispute and lawsuit. The lawsuit is finally over, if you are interested in how it ended, there are plenty of public records to reveal all the details. I’ve also now put together a MUCH more intuitive and explanatory site about the topic. See: That site linked to above explains in GREAT detail everything this site did and more, without cluttering you with the details of my lawsuit — so you can learn how to legally change your name and gender by common law without a civil court order (at common law, your word is the court order of what your name and gender are). I originally put this site together to bring press to the issue; revealing the details of how five administrators at the California Polytechnic University, Pomona, from May 2005 to Decemeber 2007, acted to hinder my common law right to a name and gender change. Now this site is more here just as placemarker and I’m trying to get on with the rest of my life now. Since putting up my research, I hear in the news that name change lawsuits are dramatically on the rise, I can only hope that my extensive research of this subject and posting it to the web has helped to shed light on this important issue that we as a people will regain all of the rights which are truly ours. Again, a much more informative site that now has pretty much all the information I had here and much more can be found at McUlta.
If you are still interested in reading the primary letters written during that dispute, for historical purposes they can be found at the following link: Letters.
